22 new residents
have arrived

In 2020 alone, 22 high-tech enterprises became residents of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone.
Almost a third of enterprises will build new factories at the Alabushevo site – they will occupy about 7.3 hectares of land plots. Another company will be located there, in an innovative laboratory and industrial building, and will occupy more than 9 thousand square meters. The rest of the companies preferred to localize in finished production facilities with a total area of about 26 thousand square meters in Pechatniki.
17.6 Billion rubles IS THE VOLUME OF THE STATED INVESTMENT IN THE PROJECTS OF NEW RESIDENTS FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS. ALSO IN PLANS – CREATION OF ABOUT 3 THOUSAND JOBS. FOUR COMPANIES WILL TAKE TECHNICAL AND IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES ON THE TERRITORY OF SEZ, THE OTHER 18 INDUSTRIAL AND PRODUCTION.
"ENERGY STORAGE":
ENSOL TO THE MASSES
Last fall, "Energy Storage" received the status of a resident of the "Technopolis Moscow" SEZ. The new status and benefits opened up even more growth opportunities for the company. Thus, in 2020, the company increased the volume of exports of batteries under the ENSOL brand to 335 million rubles (this is one and a half times more than a year earlier).
HIRANA+:
"HEALTH WATCH"
The Hirana+ company, which produces artificial lung ventilation devices, has been operating at the site in Pechatniki since mid-2018; in 2019, the enterprise launched its production here. In 2020, it delivered more than 150 ventilators and 20 anesthetic and respiratory devices to hospitals and clinics in Russia. At the end of October 2020, it received the status of a resident of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone.
EUROPEAN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING:
LOW VOLTAGE ON A GRAND SCALE
European Electrical Engineering began work in the special economic zone in 2020, at the same time it received the status of a resident. At the site in Pechatniki, the company has set up a production of low-voltage complete devices. The rapid adjustment of production and business processes was facilitated by the availability of ready-made infrastructure in the SEZ, comfortable location, tax benefits and the possibility of operational cooperation with other companies on the site of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ.

"ENSOL rechargeable batteries are used in equipment with an electric type of engine: forklifts, stackers, electric pallet trucks, cleaning and other industrial equipment. The company's products are supplied to 13 countries, and the geography of supplies is constantly expanding. Last year the company entered a new market – Latvia. The plans are to expand production areas in the special economic zone, double the output by 2024."

"The enterprise's capacities allow to produce more than 300 units of medical equipment per year. We are currently developing a portable ventilator for patients with complications from coronavirus infection. We plan to invest 66 million rubles in the development of the production of medical equipment in the SEZ and in three years to increase production capacity to 288 ventilators, as well as 192 anesthesia and respiratory devices per year."

"2020 was a positive year for the company, with sales of medium and low voltage devices growing by 60%. We are successfully implementing large engineering projects, one of which is equipping a tower in Moscow City. All in all, about 20 large projects are in the active phase for Moscow customers, and another 30 are at the stage of negotiations and preparation."
