New technology park for Greater Moscow

Specialized development company "BadAevsky" is planning to build an industrial technopark in Moscow with 300 employment places capacity in 2024, as defined by the third agreement signed under a job creation stimulus program.
The investor was granted official status of investment project conducted under the framework of this program, with the scope of investments of 550 million roubles. The developer is eligible for a partial fee exemption for the conversion of the permitted use of a land plot to residential construction on Kutuzovsky prospekt. After building the residential housing, the investor will get ownership rights for new business premises, investing less financial resources than expected due to the benefits and still being able to generate revenue from this building in the future.

Developers engaged in construction of residential buildings which plan to invest in facilities providing new jobs can participate in the job creation stimulus program. The easiest way to do so is to apply online through the Moscow investment portal.

Moscow authorities have already signed five similar agreements with investors which will build 300,000 sq.m. of commercial space outside the city centre. These spaces will offer jobs to more than 7 600 employees. The total amount of investments is over 25 billion roubles. The city authorities in their turn provided fee exemptions for the conversion of the permitted use of a land plot to residential construction worth 12.5 billion roubles.
— FOR INFORMATION —
The job creation stimulus program was launched in 2020 in order to encourage companies to build real estate outside of the Third Ring Road (TTK) and the Moscow Automobile Ring Road (MKAD). Moscow authorities stimulate all-round development of new urban districts by building offices, industrial, retail, sports, social, and educational facilities outside the city center. This move will mitigate the problem of pendulum migration flow from residential districts, decrease traffic congestion and reduce passenger overload on the public transportation system.
