To make it convenient for the industrial companies to interact with the city authorities, a special section - Industries - was created on the Investment Portal. ONLINE CONCESSION INITIATIVES

In order to conclude a concession agreement with the Moscow Government, investors usually submit applications to the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. It is now possible to submit a concession initiative through an online service. All you need to do is to register at investmoscow.ru and to fill in a special form: to enter information about company, sites and areas where the investment project is to be implemented, engineering infrastructure, and experience in implementing similar projects. Then, you need to describe the project itself: the amount of investment and sources of funding, costs of operation, investment attractiveness indicators, financial model, and so on.

The investor can also attach additional materials such as draft concession agreement, presentations, architectural and urban planning concepts or drawings. This greatly speeds up the initiative consideration process. The application shall be considered within 14 to 30 calendar days. Based on the consideration results, a written decision is sent to the investor.
THE MOBILE APP WAS DOWNLOADED MORE THAN A THOUSAND TIMES IN THE APP STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY WITHIN 1.5 MONTHS SINCE ITS RELEASE IN LATE 2020.

Director General, Moscow City Investment Agency
"The Moscow Investment Portal has remained one of the most demanded resources for businesses for seven years. This is confirmed by the statistics: the site has over 12 million visits, with 8,200 unique users per day. We constantly refine and expand the functionality of the Investment Portal depending upon business needs. The new section and service, which appeared here, will significantly reduce the search for necessary information for Moscow companies and will facilitate online access to preferences."
